On-going Support and Customer Service
Once your website is up and
running, we will help you to make sure that it keeps contributing to
your enterprise. For example, if you’ve been trading for a while,
you may wish to make some changes – and that’s where our on-going
support comes in. We host your website on your behalf, and whenever
you want to make a change, all you do is let us know and we will
update your site within 72 hours whenever possible. All of our
customers have used this service at some stage, and we are happy to
make more substantial changes whenever they are required, but most
changes are included in the monthly fee which starts from £35 + VAT.
